Process Serving

Collection of documents from your office/court (issue same at court if necessary) and personal service. Members of the Association of British Investigators providing UK and International coverage.Following service we provide Police Notification (where necessary) together with the usual Statement/Certificate of Service. Courtesy text notification is also provided for the instructing fee earner.

Statement taking

All witnesses are attended in person and statements are typed contemporaneously on laptop computers. An original statement (together with a copy) is then printed and signed. We provide a very fast and efficient service in this regard.

Pre litigation reports prepared in accordance with your requirements.

Surveillance

We have over 60 years experience in this field and have agents who are experienced in gathering and presenting evidence in an appropriate manner.

We have access to numerous databases which have assisted us in our tracing service. (Over 95% success rate). If we are unsuccessful in tracing a subject, our fees will be reduced accordingly.
